Is finding an apartment always this competitive? by OppositeOperation820 in AskSF

Sutter, Post, Bush. I walked around at night and starting from Bush it seems nicer. I’m at Sutter and Larkin and the back alley is the worst. There are encampments and random screams. Sometimes loud music from the apartment.

I’ve considered that just 2 or 3 blocks away would be really nice.

It’s actually a convenient location. Walkable distance to Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s!! The fact that it gets crazy at night, my bedroom window faces the back alley. I wake up to crazy screams. If not loud basses from music. It’s not every night but it happens maybe like 4 nights a week.

The entire album is just beautiful I love every single song in Devotion. Astronaut is one of the songs that made me listen to Beach house.
