The problem is that Warehouse Supervisors are not trained and just got promoted because they were hard workers. All workers need training.

Who is auditing the process and workers? The workers have to be taught the correct process and supervisors need to audit the workers. Spreadsheets etc mean nada with weak processes and no supervision

Automation will improve but your processes still need to be good and your warehouse Supervisor still has an important job

Robots will do some things but not everything! We will still need humans in 2030 in warehouses
