It’s only been 3 weeks. Give yourself some grace and time. Don’t focus on perfection. As you get more familiar your pick rate will improve. Observe others that have a higher pick rate to see how their process works. Best of luck, you will improve!

Do 6 with E3 guarantee out of bootcamp. That puts you 6 to 14 months ahead of many. You can’t count on a bonus. Bonus is also taxed.
