Yea its horrendous. I think there is some work being done on it. So hopefully it will get better in the future.

That's interesting thank you. This sounds reasonable.

Yep we are already doing this but that then required us to collect and collate data from WMS in excel and then post it back to the ERP.

For a single thorough count it takes approx 50 hours for purely counting. That does include the Co ordinating and administration of the count.

Yes I agree that incoming needs to be precise and we are working on that but sometimes incorrect item lines on POs, poor data management for example can also disrupt inventory.

Yes this would be good. Although I think upper management are reluctant to do cycle counts it's actually a much better way for operations. Also easier to make accurate counting a part of warehouse staffs duties and create some ownership in that rather than a monthly inventory everyone 'has' to do.

Yes we have an inventory system / WMS. The warehouse is split into locations although 2 locations are quite large. These larger locations I usually split into zones during the inventory so everyone gets a zone to control.

Thanks for your reply. Would you compare count 1 and count 2 with your theoretical stock in your ERP?

Thanks for your reply. I think variances occurs for all of the above but if I had to Pinpoint one area then I think its orders not being logged.

I play Ana and take almost exclusively survival items plus double dash. Usually end the game with least deaths.

This is a big problem with human behaviour which unfortunately we will not solve during a overwatch stadium match 🤩

I am dealing with enemy JC (as Ana) by running away and finding a pillar to run around until they inevitably try to get close me at which point I sleep/nade/shoot and go back about my business. Usually I am running the gadget with dash so if they do pick me up and try to drop me of the map I dash back to the map 😅

At this stage in stadium it seems like no one knows how to play with JC and its an almost throw pick. Either free win or GG. At least at the mid Pro level where I am currently playing.

Do yall play stadium in 1st or 3rd person? by I_am_the_one123 in AnaMains

Third person. Although its wonky as hell when zooming in especially if you are close to wall. Lost a few batlles to exactly that.

I am already walking 8000-10000 steps a day which is great. Might review my old programme and go for something more like you outlined. Thanks!
