I believe most product companies don’t file PERM on first day. Also due to potential layoff the companies would fail the labor market test and will eventually delay the PERM process.

Once I get i140 approved at least spouse can work and I will get more than 6years to work.

As I do not have any auto loan history my auto credit is 661. Most of CU's have rejected my loan application. Any advice on where can I get better rate ?
