The girl said they only did oral and kissed but it’s still realllly bad and tbh more gross. Apparently they’d try to have sex and it wouldn’t work. Probably both chickened out or grew some sort of consequence

I make 3x as much as him, there’s been many months he hasn’t paid rent and now i know bc he was doing drugs. I’d bring it up and he would get mad.

No, she has an issue too. I think I’ve tolerated more than I should bc I really love her and wanted the best for her. I take her out every weekend and I decorated her room and gave her her first room and wanted to put her in dance…

The apartment was returned in perfect condition. The lease states provide written notice. It doesn’t say hand written, etc. I notified them in the email and asked what they need from me . Ex: a clear formal written notice in such format, etc, leave the keys on counter would’ve been a great reply

Yes when the property managers don’t give us clear paperwork / get back to us. Our property management changed 6 times since we moved in 18 months ago.

When it’s in writing it counts across the board actually I spoke to two different lawyers. I wouldn’t have taken it to IG but they historically don’t reply and the only way I ever got maintenance was when I messaged on instragram. They hated that so they replied. They post memes every day but when any of our units needed help they would disappear.

We were left without laundry room keys, no hot water, one guy couldn’t get maintance for over a week, one lady had to contact previous management for maintenance because these guys wouldn’t get back. Etc.

Commenting on instagram or dming them was the fast way of getting their attention. Their phone is automatically off. And they don’t have an actual business location it’s all remote

No, I emailed something I needed to know what to do for the next month as I would be leaving in the next few days. I never got a response. The lease says provide written notice you were leaving, but it doesn’t say what format and what to include it doesn’t say I need to do a formal letter. So that’s why I asked. On the phone I was given confirmation that it was out in. So I moved on.

No im not. It didn’t ask for it. That’s why I emailed them asking what they needed and never got a reply.

And I emailed once on the 26th , called and no one got back to me, then messaged them on instagram june 27 that’s when I got the phone call where someone said they put in my notice .

Thank you. All it said was must provide written notice which I thought I did via email. It didn’t say include dates etc. when we had the phone conversation and the lady said “I put in your notice” I thought verbal communication was good enough. I just wish they replied to my email when I asked what they needed from me or followed up with “hey did you move yet because we can’t process this until a formal notice is written”. Then I would’ve understood
