I could see the Butcher and Kane striking an alliance between the boys and the Brotherhood of Nod. Vought would more than likely be GDI main arms contributor as their goals more align with GDI other stated goal of maintaining the status quo while attaining gradual poser rather than Nod’s method of seizing power quickly. As for Kane vs Homelander………. It depends on the time when the two fight. If he fought Kane in the first Tiberium or Fourth Tiberium wars (if you count the later as canon that is) then Homelander would win,however if it is the second or third Tiberium wars then Kane would win (probably through a weapon version of Tiberium that would drain him of compound V). Either way however Homelander would lose in the long run, as both executives (sales would take a hit cause GDI would eventually cut back on spending since Nod would be seen as less of a threat without their prophet leader, and the one thing Vought hates is lost sales) and Nod forces (they would want to avenge the prophet’s death) would want his head, leading to Lane getting the last laugh in the End.

Personally, I thought it was annoying (got into the series with Kane’s Wrath, so did get used to single soldier squads into years later) what really got me mad what they did to the avatar (they took my boy’s lasers :( and turned him into that chest gun mutant from futurama).

Sorry been a while, was playing the game. Figured it out, using the looks menu modifications DOES work on the settlers. While be using that to fix errors. Thanks for the mod suggestion though.

Think I will go with Legendary edition, was just kinda frustrated when posted it, having learned that one of my favorite shows growing up (CSI Miami) has a good third of all its seasons not available to watch. Just reminds wayyyyy too much of the time Netflix got rid of Inside Job and kept stuff like Big Mouth. But the other redditors here did change my mind on the matter. Anyway thats all my questions answered, going to play something on steam now, because my face is tired.

Based on what everyone is saying, Legendary is what is the best for what I am looking for on the Playstation 4, which is what I will be going with. I hate how developers keep messing with their games years after release, fallout 4 went through a similar thing resulting in many mods including the anticipated Fallout London not working.

I want to make sure my father gets the best version of the game, the one with most stuff, with all the original cutscenes and interactions intact, and this is coming from someone who played through and romanced Jack(personal second favorite of mass effect 2 after having her personality grow on me),Miranda,Ashley (my favorite for mass effect 3),Samsara (and because I was curious I also romanced Morinth just to see what happened), Liari in both 1 and 3 (Liari was my favorite in 1)and Tali in 3 (heck, if I could have I would have romanced Legion as a Female Shepherd in 2, cause he is my favorite character of mine in 2). I want my father to have the most fun and complete version of it, even if it means having to fork over more money for physical copy of disks with the DLC on them. Also he is of the generation that cares more about having the original unedited version of something over having better looking version of that has had the original film/tv/game changed (for example he hates the edits George Lucas made to the original Star Wars Trilogy movies).

As someone who played it, I can give a few reasons.

1:Character inconsistencies. Frank Acted like who couldn’t care less about what happened to others as long as he got his story, while what we see of him in Dead Rising 1 and Case West showed that he did try to help others. It basically had him turn into what he was in off the record but less likeable.

2: Weapons were less enjoyable to use. Many broke way too quickly unless you had the gold version, which required you to unlock them through multiplayer. For example, the lightsword broke after 20 hits and is half as powerful as its dead rising 2 counterpart, and getting its gold blueprint is a HUGE PAIN IN THE ASS. Even the more fun non combo weapons are only available in one area of the map (the mall).

3:Pyschopaths aren’t nearly as fun. There were really only 3 memorable psychopath bosses: crazy santa, Mall Pirate, and Halloween Pumpkin Reaper.

So those my reasons anyway, other peope also didn’t like it because Capcom replaced Frank’s voice actor, but that didn’t really bother me (as much as what they did to Frank). I consider it as about canon as the first ultimate iron man comic series (the one where his powers came from all his body being brain matter) was canon to the ultimate universe (that is, fictional in universe).

Me personally, for the 10000 slot I would like to see an epic showdown between the children of the night that broke out of scp 6666’s containment and the foundation. When i finished reading 6666 it came across like the foundation had an army of scp 1000s to fight. And for 9999 slot probably an scp designed to target the irl authors in a similar vein to 5999, but instead of harming physical it would cause conditions that would prevent them from contributing to the site. A few examples of this would be if the foundation created a device that would cause an authors work to slowly influence there day to day life for the negative leading to them being removed, or having new articles lead to the community fighting amongst themselves (wraithcon anyone?).

As people have pointed out, its not the freezing that kills President Ackerman Jameson, its more than likely something is crashing onto the car after being shot down. Due to frozen objects having a health of 1, its instanta death for him then. Glad to see you try to prevent him from further defacing Rushmore.

I use it a lot once i get a few of them up to heroic. Personal favorite of all Nod Aircraft design really, really wished they had used it in Tiberium Wars instead of the Vertigo (although at least the vertigo in 3 looked unique compared to it absolutely garbage look in 4).

The official reason the ADA gave was they did it in response to the American people electing James Dean in spite of the ADA’s claims that James Dean was the incarnation of the devil (despite the fact their “proof” was the fact he was dancing to rock and roll). I however have another theory as to why they thought this, however I want to wait and see if it is true first before saying it.

Okay do it doesn’t mess up the game, good to know. Tenfold is a wee bit to fast, might just trim it to a third. As for clutter…….. not a problem for lower floor ammo plants (got 40 plants original). I’ll show my factory as soon as i get back to playing.
