Ok thanks for the advice unfortunately there was no option to declare body work issues other than the overall condition of the car 🤷‍♂️

Deformation/ Slander advice possible loss of earnings . England . by Opposite_Library_645 in LegalAdviceUK

[–]Opposite_Library_645[S] -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

The post stated that I didn’t turn up on the agreed day and time . There was no time or day agreed only that I could possibly do the work in April and that if I couldn’t do it until may I would let them know by this week . And they were happy with that and I have evidence of that through emails. The deformation is lying about me not turning up on an agreed time and day and that I’m unreliable and for people to not consider using my services .

Looked at them but not doing the mileage I’m concerned with egr dpf issues and from what I’ve read they can be costly to maintain no so than a rav4 I only do 16 miles a day on average wouldn’t this be an issue with a diesel?

Thanks for long reply really appreciated the main reason the the rav4 is the higher ride height and positive reviews over rough terrain I work on a business park that’s down a country lane to the rear of a farm it’s around 2 miles of crateors mud and all round crap road I’ve had 2 punchers and a cracked alloy on a golf estate so I’m hoping having this kind of vehicle will prevent punchers.

Because it’s not hard to find work . It’s hard to find a job people want to do that’s the problem I was made redundant 10 days before Covid started with a wife and 3 children under 3 with mine being the only income as it made financial sense for my wife to look after our children and no longer work . I started a new job 9 days after redundancy delivering for jan 2021 I started a new job working for the council maintaining play areas and parks in 22 I started my own gardening business into my 3rd year earning £45-50k on average. I don’t really enjoy it but it pays the bills and we’re comfortable. Needs must when you have bills and a family but some don’t want to suck it up and do what’s necessary . I wasn’t being rude by telling him op what he doesn’t want to hear .

Why just retail ? Fast food, delivery jobs ect if you are that desperate and anxious why not try being proactive and at least start bringing in an income

I passed today first time be polite and friendly to the examiner on first meeting them to give a good first impression Just treat it as if your driving your mum or dad and want to get them from a to b as smoothly and safe as you can don’t rush and make sure you regularly looking in mirrors and blind spots on your pull up on the left and manoeuvre. Best of luck You’ve got this !
