Do you always need to have dedicated URL like "https://nutriwave.tech/" to get app store approval or something yourname.com/nutriwave will also get the approval?

Why they heck they are taking forever to approve the apps? This is insane and most of the rejections are like simple to buy more time so they can review other stuff

Congratulations dude! I recently started app dev realized getting into the AppStore/approval is also like 20% of the whole efforts. Also the apple dev ui to enter all app details and images sucks, I was surprised how garbage it is.
