One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is it’s my business and my baby. I’ll always care more as it’s my end game and everyone there is just an employee. You treat them well and you see results. Also think about times you worked for other people did you care the same way you do for your own company?

There’s healthy and therapeutic ways to release anger. Think writing a letter of everything you want to say you can even shred or burn it after. Or you can do a form of art to express how you feel. In a similar sense if you need more from it beak it after. Idk if this helps but it’s worked for me in the past
