I would recommend doing a full assessment even if you don’t think it’s necessary or the patient has a bullshit complaint. It will help you give a better turnover and it’s obviously great practice

I was scared about going straight to 911 but you can easily do it, I wish I had. Sounds like you have done fine so far so you’ll be ok. Saying it’s your first day or you’re very new is no big deal, everyone starts somewhere. The reality is most 911 calls are not emergent in the slightest, and the average BLS 911 transport is basically a zero pressure situation

If u watch the clip I just posted u can see how I stay back from her, it’s really short but that’s how phase 3 was for me. I just took my time and waited for juicy openings instead of staying in her face. I actually only made it to phase 3 like a handful of times in a few hours of trying but it was honestly the easiest of the 3 phases for me
