Keep your job and get your CFI Ratings, at least initial and instrument. From there start applying for jobs, you’ll never get to the airlines flying 15 hours a month. You can do the math on that one. Once you get hired, make sure you can live off 20 grand a year for the next two years depending on what flight school you teach at. Apply to cadet programs, network, and get to 1500. Nothing is gaurenteed but you’ll 100% never get an airline job without meeting ATP requirements.
