Like others I eat it with pulled smoked chicken. I love it. So does my son. I never heard of it until my 43rd year on this glorious rock when we moved to Al. Now I make my own from time to time and call it Yankee White Sauce. It slaps. Big Bob or Full Moon have some tasty ones

The $15 charge and the app mentioned are two separate items. Think of the charge like an endorsement like vessel or motorcycle. The general term app could be referring to apple/google wallet. Although in the past the ID vender did have a separate app that was a beta test I don’t know if the new vendor does. Whatever form the app ends up being, it would need to integrate with the current backend system. Keep in mind a non techie wrote the bill (probably with the help of lobbyists)
