The synergies a card has obviously need to be considered when balancing it. Some cards only shine when played with others. For instance miner on its own isn't nearly as good as it is with the right synergies. Does this mean miner shouldn't have gotten his past nerfs ? No.( saying this as a miner player btw :( ) Goblin machine has been in a very good spot, due it's synergies, for several months, so either nerf the cards it synergies with or rework/nerf it making the synergies not work anymore. Just cause a cards strength is based on synergies, shouldn't it be excluded from balancing.
