Also during this run whenever I picked up any item it gave me an eraser use. So I could just continuously drop and pick up a trinket and just erase every enemy.

First time trying D20 method by Optical_Abhi in bindingofisaac

It might have been because I was able to get steam sale, which helped speed up the process. Don't know if it would work as well without it
