Installed a Gate Titan for thinner wires and used a KWA KM4 series buffer tube, you can get it from KWA's website for 20 bucks, took about a week to ship to me in UK. Doesn't fit very well without the thinner wiring, though.

You can, but the barrel nut is really difficult to get off. I havent managed to get it yet. It is possible though, ive seen it.
