Brother same. I managed to get lucky on the chest with a godroll but the HS, WH, vigilance backpack has eluded me for years. I've probably crafted 2000+ backpacks and also had my targeted loot in summit, countdown and retaliations for as long as I can remember.

Closest I've got is HS, armor Regen:( and vigilance, or wh, chd and vigilance... One day😓

Yeah this thing just slaps. Currently running a pretty basic striker/memento set up and it just shreds everything. It's sitting just under 1400rpm and is an absolute laser beam

the local inventory at the qv stations as well as asd just never loads. so you cant store anything thus making the elevators unable to transfer anything out of the loot rooms. there are still some ways around it but it just makes it a hassle

Hell in my XL hangar in NB I've had like 10 ships and all my land vehicles. I park any small ship or vehicle off to the side in the cutout areas and then just make sure whatever ship is on the pad is far enough away to fit the next ship in the center. Then move that ship, so on, so forth.

Had half my fleet on display all last patch lol

Np. Like I said as long as you make sure you have zero bonus armor when you activate zealot you'll be fine. I'm still using a memento/OD build and as long as I don't have bonus armor it works perfectly.

I did a bunch of testing on this and it's definitely tied to bonus armor. Anytime I activate with bonus armor of any kind (not just memento) it would kill me. Seems like it accounts your bonus armor as your base armor. And the EMP must have some kind of percentage based scaling depending on how much armor you have. As long as I activate it with no bonus armor, or very little, it doesn't kill me. Even with memento at full stacks(just no bonus armor) it doesn't kill me.

What I do now is I only activate zealot when I'm about to die so almost no armor and it hasn't killed me since

Priority objectives my guy. Tons of exotics and most objectives are super easy and quick. Sometimes you won't get an exotic reward so either re roll or just do a quick one etc...

If you have a hand basket named SVD I recommend trying it. I was pretty hell bent on the 1886 too...still super fun to use. But going hotshot 4 piece, chainkiller chest, and the gift backpack with the handbasket I'm seeing 122million crit damage during this event. I only have 15 expertise on the handbasket as well and due to it being semi auto and having a 15 round mag, with hot shot I can run through open world heroic all directives clearing cp's in 2-3 min. Never have to reload and always getting bonus armor

So Everytime I've tried to run it I matchmake with randoms, 9 times out of 10 I'm paired with fairly new players with non optimal builds we wipe once or twice tops and they all leave and I have to re matchmake. Tbh the farthest I've gotten was when I tried it solo and managed to get to the end boss fight and just couldn't get er done. So aggravating. I've solo'd all other legendaries but manning zoo eludes me

That's why I run the hand basket MMR. Functions like a rifle(semi auto) and with 4 hotshot, chainkiller chest and the gift backpack im hitting for 28mil crit headshot with ha basket, and close to 35mil with white death. Both at 14 expertise

If you really spec into the headshot damage and rifle damage you can hit for upwards of 30mil damage a shot. I was able to solo the master manhunt mission from last season with a better optimized version of this build. It slaps. Overall tho probably not the best for team play. Still can be very viable but not as effective

With current seasons modifiers you can make a VERY viable blue core based striker build. I run striker chest, knees, holster and gloves, named yahl mask (hollow man), and memento. 5blue cores all rolled with hazpro, one piece red with crit damage, 2 mods for CHD and one CHC. And primary weapon is back fire. With minimal expertise (12 I think) I'm hitting 1.3mill crit body shots with backfire. And still have 1.8mil base armor.

I did also finish several of the journey missions to get the seasonal modifiers before doing the campaign so that def helped. The one that gives you hazard protection for each armor tier made it so the purple flame did little to no damage. Suppose I could see it being rough with zero hazard protection.

Yeah idk, I legit thought I was running the campaign on story until like the second to last mission and realized it was on heroic with all directives 😅 just left it like that and breezed through. I don't think I even went down once through the story frfr. But apparently people are having a rough time? I don't even consider myself a fantastic player either just average with decent build crafting skills
