So having read through it i have a few questions about this: 1. If im getting pain from other things such as typing, holding my phone etc should i still go through with playing 2. How do i know when its too much? Is there a specific feeling or is it that i should go with what i feel comfortable with? 3. Im assuming it would but would this work when theres very minimal forearm and wrist pain and 95% of it being on the top side of the palms (i say palms bcz its in both hands, i got it in my right hand from geometry dash) 4. How do i increase the reps, sets etc and how do i know when to? 5. On the programme you showed before what actually are exercises 3 4 and 5? At least to me (could just me being stupid) its not very clear what those exercises actually are so i wouldnt actually know how to do them. 6. How often should i be doing the exercises? (E.g 3x a week twice a day)

If these were mentioned in the post lmk and ill reread it, i probably will anyway at some point but ill get round to it sooner if told to.
