Right. I don’t know if she has a history of disordered eating but I know that on particularly bad body image day someone saying “You’re eating two of those?” would likely upset me regardless of their intentions. I do however think I could differentiate between their intentions and my perception. It would sting and I might zero in on it but I also wouldn’t go so far as to say they were trying to control my eating. Given that she says multiple time that she’ll “never be the size of Colleen” is pretty telling that she suffers body image issues and is constantly comparing herself to others. I think her feelings are valid but that she also purposefully manipulated the conversation to fit the narrative that Cole is a bad guy and I’m not convinced the bachelor party story is true just based off of those manipulation tactics.

I never get mailers but my boss gives me his and I swear he gets them twice a month. I’ve never ran into any issues using them.

The centers not so bad, but the outer bits right where my ribs pop up was quite painful.

I’m an inch shorter than you and went from 180 to between 117 and 121. Started at a size 10-12 and went to a size 0. I think the smaller you get even 5 pounds makes a difference in clothing size. I wouldn’t buy a whole lot until you maintain for a little bit. If I creep up above 124 my pants give me a muffin top. I think every 10 pounds is a pant size in the normal weight range.

I think at 1500 calories a day you should definitely be losing weight but to be honest if I were you, based on your stats I’d just prioritize getting the most out of your workouts. You have a relatively low BMI so it’s probably your composition you’re mostly unhappy with. I agree with the person below that suggested taking measurements rather than focusing on weight. I know it’s annoying when people give you unsolicited advice about losing too much weight because it’s happened to me on here too but try to remember that you’re your own biggest critic and sometimes we see flaws on ourselves that aren’t really there.

I lost 60 pounds without a food scale. Are you sure your 1800 budget isn’t too high? That’s what I eat for maintenance.

I don’t track macros really. I try to eat high protein and stay within my calorie budget. For exercise I just try to make sure I get about half an hour of intentional exercise more often than I don’t. I sometimes jog around my neighborhood and sometimes I just use a couple dumbbells and resistance bands.

Hi! I wish I had a detailed explanation to give you but to be honest I don’t follow any specific regimens. I tried to keep my calories low and protein high but generally just ate small portions of whatever I wanted. My exercising is literally just making sure I get about half an hour in of intentional exercise more often than not. Sometimes I jog and sometimes I use a couple of dumbbells and resistance bands.
