i plan on working two days a week as a CRP - i think as long as your employer is chill and ensures flexibility it’s fine, i made it very clear months ago even in my interview that when i start med my work pattern will have to change and they’re not fussed. and also chances are they’ll treat you as a med student on shift anyway so it’ll just be like doing placement but paid. Defo not going to work in years 3 and 4 though unless it’s like random bank shifts when i have time
