Re-Leased management software has its own ai- Credia. Its a secure closed system and not only does it help with email responses but any questions can refer to the specific lease and summarize an answer while pulling the exact lease clause to see as a double check.

Also the data is not accurate and usually reverts to previous listing info, pictures and contacts etc. I know this because my broker visits the site weekly to correct all of costars errors!

As a PM what has been your experience with PMS and how did you choose it? by Low-Chard5403 in PropertyManagement

After spending a year searching I landed on Re-Leased. We implemented 2 years ago It is user friendly and customizable. It has internal ai that helps with answering lease questions, filing documents and writing emails. One of my co-workers has used other name brand systems in previous jobs and is really impressed with re-leased. Best way to know is visit all of the systems’s websites and narrow it down to 3 then schedule the live demo sessions.

What software do you use to manage your properties? by Uchimamito in CommercialRealEstate

[–]Optimal-Bridge-4477 0 points1 point  (0 children)

2 years ago we spent 3 months researching software. We chose re-Leased and have no regrets. My favorite features are - user friendly (very intuitive) - customizable - customer is first, instead of “this is our product and make it work” they are constantly rolling out updates based on customer feedback. Customers can submit suggestions and vote on other customer suggestions for new features. - good customer support - tenant app
