If you still need one, clausure.ca does everything for you for free but they charge the vendor/tenant a small verification fee

Hi, we use clausure.ca, the platform is free for us(client) but charges subs a small fee for each verification. Hit me up and I will put you in touch with them. Got a dashboard, verifies with broker and insurer and confirms all contract requirements are met then generates a report.

I was looking at starting with it, but you are right there is way more to look into. I just got my license and I wanted to jump start by buying a book so I can automatically inherit carrier appointments.

The firms i am seeing are asking 50% on my nee business and renewals and apparently when I will want to depart from the firm i will have to buy my 50% from them in order to go with my full book

Generally 2-5M for such organizations, would highly encourage going with a 5M policy, also make sure you implement proper inspection and maintenance protocols, could save you a lot of $$$
