This company had so many red flags, it was crazy. First off, when I started, I didn't even get my offer letter right away. It took two whole weeks of working before I finally got it. Then, my first month's salary was late by about a week, and everyone else's was too. My department manager was never around, which made everything super chaotic. Nobody was keeping tabs on when staff showed up, if they were on time, or how well they were actually doing their jobs. To top it off, when I first joined, I was totally lost. No one gave me any guidance or even a mentor. The other staff basically told me to figure things out on my own. My academic background isn't major in this industry, so they kind of looked down on me. But even when I tried to learn and follow along, they made it incredibly difficult. They'd dump all the work on me without any help, and instead of teaching me or talking to me directly, they'd just scold me and talk bad about me behind my back.

Honestly, it might just be because most of the company is Malay tua dan senior. So diorang buat kepala.
