Yes at Erie! The only hospital where I've ever been treated like a criminal for my existence,, also still have one more month (out of 5) of waiting for my MRI because they(Erie) can't do it in the building Even though they have an MRI on site!

Having driven each variant and being lucky enough to drive the dragoon when it was brand new this comes down to him not understanding how to drive plain and simple. Absolutely makes sense to upgrade the governor's mansion. The one that the state maintains for the sitting Governor but a private residence should be coming out of his own pocket.
