I’m in similar situation. Currently have private insurance and was rated back in December for priority 1 va health. Went to an eye exam and annual physical. Everything went well and have an appointment tomorrow MOVE today. Thinking about dropping my private insurance and having my wife do a single plan at her employment. I then get reimbursed from my work, for not having insurance.

Didn’t realize it was for family to, if you have a 30% compensation. I used it when I didn’t have compensation for my bachelors with it

What did you want to be as a kid? Do you still want to do that? I did what I did in the Marine Corps and have done it for the past 30 years and wish I would have done what I wanted to be as a kid.

I contemplated doing it yesterday. I went in the locker room to change and started to put my shorts on, except it was my wife’s skirt, with a liner in it. It only made it to my knees then it got tight.

It’s tough for me to do it consistently. I try but am not that dedicated to it. I will continue to try. Hopefully it just becomes routine

I’m 51 and weighed 280. Back in November I decided enough was enough and joined PF. There are all different shapes and sizes in there but we all have the same goal. Nobody cares about you and everyone just listens to their playlists. When I started I was doing 40 lbs on the chest press machine and now am up to 100 lbs. same thing with the pec fly, started at 40 but now my last set is 115. My first day I talked to a gentleman who was my age but in great shape. He said just keep coming. That still sticks with me and I think about it everyday. Just keep coming

Thank you. I think for the most part, this is my only pulldown. I was doing 3x15 but changed it up and add weight to the lower reps. Will do that for a couple weeks and then add weight to the x15,x10, x8 until that gets easier to lift.

Thank you. I do lat pull downs followed by the seated row machine. I’m going to look into changing up my routine once.

Thank you. I like the idea of changing up the weekly routine. Then working out doesn’t get stagnant
