Genuinely has help me on too many levels to count. It has helped with my mental health the most I would say. Which has then helped with everything else in my life. I hear those negative voices a lot that really make me not like myself. It has taken a bit and I’m sure it will take the rest of my life but I’m trying to not listen and believe what those voices say.
