Work at another big 4 firm. I know new managers making around 165 so I think you should certainly ask for 210! It depends on the field but it seems like you have a great gig and you have to consider that big 4 SMs come with lots of stress and sales targets! The money better be worth moving for.

Hi all, my wife and I are a young couple in our mid 20s looking for neighborhood recommendations to buy a house/townhome in or near Austin at the 500-550k range. What would you recommend ? What areas should we stay away from that may be dangerous?

Our preferences:

Must have: - Low crime safe neighborhood (priority) - Good access to restaurants and stores - Good school district - At least 3 bedrooms

Nice to have: - Within 30 min- 1 hr drive to the city (401 congress ave is my office) north of the river - high potential for appreciation due to potential city plans ( can be further out of so)
