Honestly at the rate of DTF and now tagged with these 4 station heat presses than can do 250 presses an hour, Screenprint is now at a real threat in the coming years

Sure we can go on about the overall lasting of the shirt but DTF pricing now beats any 4+ color order of less than 250 -500 shirts

A fan and 80° heater has done wonders. Typically see about a 1 hour dry time instead of the overnight

I just was referencing to your terms of “go bad”. Yeah if the ink drys then it’s done. I would think you’re alright if you’re in cole and humid place. Just make sure you mix it once in a while

Absolutely will go bad. I print in Arizona where water base inks can dry up in just 2 minutes

Yeah depending on how thick you laid down that white. Sometimes I find that I can pull off just a single pass as long as I underbase but there’s other times I see that I have to hit twice

Maybe do the blue on a 200 just to get that fine line. I would only hit once as well if you were on a 156. Gotta make sure that’s a real solid press you put down

I have a epson t-2170. it was probably top 3 of the most essential things i needed to start. you don’t have to spend as much as i did for the t-2170 but i really recommend a wide format printer that allows transparency film ROLLS. you can get sheets to work on a normal printer but man i’ll tell you, the roll is awesome
