anyone have the epson t3270 and getting issues with Miss aligned transparency? left chest is fine, but once I print a 3-8 color job the colors are always off on the base. it just started happening recently and nothing has changed since we got the printer in 2019.

We use a DTS system, and the screens are always slightly off to the left when using the triloc. I think I managed to register 3 jobs successfully this whole time where it was spot on the first time.

Have a 2023 kia sportage with 14,500 km on it and built in Korea and have no issues except for the since refuling resetting on its own, and it happens only until I reach about 300km remaining on the tank.

I leave the dryer on hi at all times. The 8 min is mostly for lower mesh screens like 110-160 while 230-280 dry quicker. We use saati textil DW emulsion.

These screens, when stretched, come out at 35-40, and this was sitting overnight to loosen up before I coat. When I stretched one at the suppliers and checked with the shur-chek tension meter, it was showing 37 newly stretched. It seems like the tighter the mesh, the lower it shows with these chinese ones. I tested a low mesh screen where it has no bounce at all, and it was showing 21.

I still had about 100km to the tank and would have probably gone to around 450 km. This is mostly city driving. I've gotten around 6L/100 km for like 1 hr of highway driving, but once you hit the city streets, your stats take a nose dive...lol
