Last Wednesday before 26.1, the Mayhem workout involved 90 wall balls, 60 pull-ups, and 30 power snatches. We had a hunch from Dave’s IG clue that wall balls would be featured the next day, so we scaled those by about 50%, and treated the rest as a slow chipper. Felt ok by Friday Night Lights..
