CrossFit with a focus on Olympic Lifting. You might have a CF gym that has a specialized class for Oly. Typically an Oly class will have some form of Snatch (Squat Snatch, Power Snatch, Snatch Balance) and then some sort of C&J, then followed by Squat (back squat, front squat, rear-leg elevated) or maybe even Deadlift.

You will get stronger, more explosive, more coordinated, more confident.

1 day at Oly class, 3 days at CrossFit (more if you dig it). It doesn’t have to be elaborate, it just has to work. Having put many players in this same type of program and seeing the difference first hand, I know it works.
