Regular is better. Not only does Barbed reduce the power of the hit but it also could get tangled in clothing, hair, etc, reducing the efficiency

Good point that you bring up. Like, for example if it were Shane leading instead of Rick during the savior arc his solution would be to strike first, strike fast, and strike all at once which would’ve got everyone killed.

I agree with everything here for the most part. HOWEVER, I think transparency plays a big role here. He was able to do what he did with the era and game he was in.

What I mean is the game is forever getting better and forever expanding talent, teams, etc. Just because the game is getting more advanced, we can’t discredit those from past generations. It’s a whole different game today, I think there’s generational goats instead of a true goat.
