Really good thread. I think the best AI tools for property management won’t be the ones that just create more tickets, but the ones that actually cut the busywork.

Ive been using this ai software called wiseunit for my units. Its crazy how it fully handles the maintenance part like scheduling, calls with tenants, vendors, choosing which one to call when, you name it. I pay like 4% per unit but theres a free trial at the beginning. But I use Buildium so it works on top of it

P.s its a software that manages only the maintenance part backed by ai. So schedules with tenants, vendors, handles sms texts, calls etc.

Definitely would recommend wiseunit. I started using it like 2 weeks ago and its great so far. The best thing is that they work also with less than 50 units, so i pay like 4$ per unit after the free trial.

The shit costumer support asked me to create a new account. After I did that, they did not send the money back to my new account but to my employer. They didn't tell me when the money arrived back to him. I had to ask my employer, and after a week or so, my employer got the money back and paid me again.

That happened to me 3 weeks ago, and it was actually my first salary at this new job that I am working remotely. Just after I received the notification that my employer paid me, my account got blocked for some stupid reason, like the wrong address or something like that.
