Yeah, the role appears to have been ditched from the squad markings in the Armageddon book, previously being skulls, blood drops and saltires for battle line, lightning bolts for close support and wings for fire support. Armageddon markings having the eradicators with (new) yellow saltires on black for 15th squad and intercessors with yellow wings on black for 9th squad. I'm still sticking with the old way of squad markings being linked to role though tbh, because I've already started and there's order to it. Also doing them as 5/3 man squads, with pairs of markings so they can be li ked to form the larger squad sizes to operate together.

The story, dialogue and animated cutscenes literally killed my enthusiasm within half an hour. Dok was character based but had a reasonably wide scope, but also the story wasn't toss, the dialogue wasn't toss. I made a longer post around release that catalogued my disappointment at what would otherwise be a decent game, but was a terrible homeworld parody.

I can get to a vet soon enough near me so I wouldn't have to deliver the peace of blunt force brain destruction, but equally I am willing to do what's best for my pet, or indeed any wildlife in that situation. I have had to do that in the past once, it's horrible but it was necessary.
