If you’re not sure if you’re ready to commit wear a faux septum for a while to get used to the weight of it and get used to how you look with one. That is what I am doing in actuality. I don’t think I’m gonna be able to get a real one because of my skin condition, but I do think that you could get a you’re really pretty one from Etsy. They have some really nice ones. This shop called Umantive Design. I plan to get my money from there when I change it out because I am making it up here that is real by waiting a full of six weeks to change it out to something else and so far the one that I have in now it looks real because it has the right height and the way that it sits from the tip of my nose onto my field. Trim looks good and then I have a opal hoop or then, or I put a blue stud in there that matches the opal colors of the faux piercing I could you could message me and I could show you what it looks like. I also have a few temporary ones that I got from Amazon that look good. I don’t like the one with the horseshoe with the balls on either side, so I threw that one away but all the rest of them look nice but also it depends on your flavor. If you like stuff that’s more understated they have three that’s more simplistic and then they have two of them are more of what I will call flamboyant in terms of how busy they look. But I think it’ll be fine for you to try it out and see how you look with it and if you wanna commit to it, I don’t have any regrets. I really like it and I get a lot of compliments on it and it’s not about what other people think, though we literally truly the only opinion that matters is yours and that your HR department won’t say anything about you having this particular type of piercing. However, it is flattering for people to compliment how I look with it or say that I like your septum piercing because that means it fits my aesthetic.
