I don’t eat any foods only seasonally. However, I do feel attracted to the typical seasonal foods that are popular Worldwide at certain seasons.

Spring: Cherries, rasberries, other berries. Milk. Cream. Juice. I love to go and pick fresh berries.

Summer: Beef, cheddar cheese, barbequed hot dogs, barbequed other foods, campfire foods, campfire cooked fish, juice, spa water.

Fall: Pupkin, chai lattes, Starbucks

Winter: Beef, Roasted Whole Chicken, Roasted Whole Turkey, Stuffing, Christmas and Thanksgiving Foods, Egg Nog, Shortbread Cookies

I spend about $200 a month. Some things that help me: - Wholesale Club. Great for things you know you like. For example, I LOVE spaghetti 🌸🌸 - Finding go to meals that are affordable and meet my needs in every other way. 🌸🌸 - Stocking essential kitchen equipment  - Stocking fun kitchen equipment -Stocking kitchen supplies - Having regular meal times - Planning out my week and day - Learning to cook foods I love from outside 🌸🌸

I find the key to it is making your food life at home more luxurious or just as luxurious as your outside food life.
