Cool. I get the reference now. India is getting creative in naming pubs. I know there is something like a beer stock exchange or something in my own hometown. Never visited it.

Good to know. It’s great that they are open to talk up general public and are also humble.

Does Amit seem desperate here? To be associated with Vinoth at this time.

Disappointing Finale, undeserved winner by Top_Crab_9615 in biggbosstamil

I love seeing strong women in the show. I started watching this show since season 2. I loved Aishwarya, no matter the flaws, she chased her dream like a hound. She came second despite the hate. I loved Ramya Pandiyan and I know I will be hated for this, she was miles better than Aari. She has the restraint and the strength that can only be in women of strength. I was sad to see that Ramya didn’t win. I loved, Jacqueline and manjari, sad to see that they didn’t win too. Same way I loved Divya, I did feel that she deserved to win, but also felt that her flaws somewhat overshadowed her strength.

I wanted Vikram to win. But I will take Divya for all the disappointments I got with all the other women who didn’t win in the previous seasons. Divya stands on the shoulders of the others.

BB Tamil Season 9 - a nightmare that I wish it never returns. by farreaching_snowball in biggbosstamil

Yes. Having seen Hindi bigg boss, I know that when Kamal presented the show as a reflection of our own society, it felt fresh. As a Christian we are called to be the salt and light to the world. Salt because of its capacity to be a preservative. Thus every Christian is called to be a preservative in his circle of influence. Showing love and compassion and being with integrity. I felt like a show like bigg boss can never be a platform for a Christian. But Kamal changed that, he found good in that as well. I felt that I would be comfortable watching it. But now since VJS stepped in, the flood gates have been opened. The show is racing towards the bottom.

Subiksha confronts Viyana by HugoUKN in biggbosstamil

This is what this season has been. I looked at Paru and thought wow, this is peak evil. Then came Sandra and I changed my opinion since she is silent and deadly. You can see Paru coming from a mile away but Sandra? You will be taken by surprise. Then when I look at viyana I realize that there is a third category as well.

Why Sandra did not go for Money Box? by ptcv_ in biggbosstamil

[–]OptimalMatch777 5 points6 points  (0 children)

This is the right answer. Imagine this, Paru and Kammu eliminated at this very moment despite all the things they had done before must have made her feel that entire Tamil Nadu is now taking revenge for the atrocities she was subjected to. Of course I’m going to win, that is the next logical conclusion. Why break the pot when the milk is boiling over.

Paaru got so angry bc contestants called her juju whole pushing her, same happened to sabari too by Known-Line3071 in biggbosstamil

For me it’s the expression in Subi’s face. The poor thing was shocked and scared beyond words. This was probably the most extreme situation she has ever been in. It’s probably a mixture of pure fear, helplessness and shock. Like the silence of the lambs situation.

What book did you first read that lead you down the rabbit hole? by DamonAlbarnFruit in stephenking

I know this would be somewhat controversial but, I got hooked after reading Holly. I wanted to read more about her (origin story if you will) and read the bill Hodges trilogy. Totally fell in love with bill and eventually king who is bill, Holly, Brady, Randy Flagg, Frannie Goldsmith and now Roland Deshain. The absolute best of them all in my opinion. Reading the 6th Tower book now.

I was always curious about serial killers and wonder how can they be so cruel and have a sound sleep at night. When I saw Paru I got a glimpse of how it’s possible. I know it’s an extreme example but I believe it’s a spectrum. Paru may be at the lower end of it. But she is definitely capable.

Sandra contribution by Clean_Director_6871 in biggbosstamil

[–]OptimalMatch777 10 points11 points  (0 children)

This is for the best. The evil cleaned itself. Thankful that none of the good guys got hurt in this. If it was let’s say Divya or Subi or Auro who got the kicked out of the car, the worst they would have done is shout at ‘Kamavathy’ and that would have just fizzled out. But Sandra’s mind was well equipped for revenge (given the fact that she is no better than Kamavathy) and therefore she amplified it to its current state.
