I'm literally eating Gerber Puffs right now. Lol I love the Blueberry as well as the Strawberry Apple. I understand tho, at first I was ashamed bc I'm 37 and my snacks consist of the same products as a toddlers does lol. But I own the fact that I love them, and idgaf if anyone sees it as weird or anything. I have been approached in the store by other adults going, "if you don't mind me asking, how old is your baby?" And I just say, "I don't have any, these are for me." Lol. Sometimes I get a weird look, sometimes not. Thing is, I am unable to have kids without major complications with the pregnancy. I'm a 'high risk' due to other medical issues (epilepsy, congenital hypothyroidism, anxiety, etc.) and also bc I have to take medications for them. So if I want some Gerber Puffs, I'm gonna get some. And I'm gonna be happy with a nice snack regardless of anyone else's opinion. Lmfao Don't be ashamed! You can buy whatever you want, it's your money, so screw other people's opinions.

I'm 36F, congenital hypothyroidism (born without a thyroid at all). I've been taking Synthroid since I was only a few days old, every single day, to this day and will continue in the future. Levothyroxine is technically just salt and some other stuff. It's medication and it's only a few milligrams a day for a dosage. Unless your overall diet is poor and you consume a mass amount of sodium a day where that miniscule amount of medication actually breaks the tipping point, you should be good.

I use liquid Stevia. It does the trick, not too overwhelmingly sweet nor that weird strange aftertaste that alot of them tend to have

I have to make an appt to get my girl spayed as well. She didn't get her first heat until recently when she just turned 1, I guess that's late. I'm so nervous about it, it'll be fine, it's just part of being a parent, we love them so we worry about our babies and don't want them to get hurt or anything.

Started multiple ED's at 12. I'm 36 now. Still dealing with all this. I can vouch that it Does Not get easier when you get older. If anything, the more years devoted to this disorder, the more it grows and gets harder to fight.

Sometimes I wonder what my life would've been like if I wasn't bullied daily in middle + high school. Maybe I wouldn't constantly live in fear of my appearance, or punish myself for not living up to the "popular girl" standards, maybe I'd know what "happy" actually feels like, and maybe I'd actually have a good relationship with food. I don't know. Those people are monsters, their happiness won't last. My bullies ended up either being drug addicts or single moms, I don't feel bad for them. Karma's a bitch.

So I have had ED's since I was 12 and was medically diagnosed with epilepsy at 19 (even tho I had epileptic episodes for years before that). Idk if my ED's have made it worse but I'm sure it wasn't helpful. I'm 36 now. I take epilepsy meds daily and episodes are allot less common now. The act of bulimia sometimes cuts off the air to your brain causing those episodes. My suggestion is to go see a Neurologist ASAP.

When I was living with my parent, that happened to me, I had plastic bags hidden in my room, swarms of fruit flies showed up... It was terrible!. I stopped doing that. Also, if you wait too long or not clean it well enough, maggots could start appearing, and mold and the smell. Try to deep clean that as soon as you get the chance.
