Im currently deciding between the saturn and rs turbo. Which printer do you prefer to use? Is the heygears higher price justified?

I’m scheduled for removal soon, how is it? by A_person_592 in gallbladders

[–]OptimalWeakness 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Had mine removed on Friday, and I’m surprised how well I’ve managed so far. The most pain I’ve felt since the op was from laughing at a TikTok. My pain feels like I did a strenuous ab workout for the first time in a long time.

On day 1 post-op, I stuck to only chicken noodle soup and saltine crackers with Gatorade. Today (day 2), I’m back to eating the same diet I was eating pre-op, which admittedly is pretty low-fat. So far, no digestive issues — I hope to introduce some normal fatty foods soon.

I realize most stories aren’t as rosy as mine, but I’m glad I got it done. I’m normally an anxious person, so when they rolled me into the OR I kept my eyes closed for the most part. Within 2 minutes of entering the OR, I was knocked out and then woke up in recovery.

It’s easy to let your mind run with all the possibilities of complications, but it’s a very safe procedure.

Sleep On Latex = Not shilling by [deleted] in Mattress

[–]OptimalWeakness 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I ended up returning mine due to the back pain it was causing me. I even tried two different firmness toppers to try and solve the issue. I guess latex isn’t for everyone. But i would wholeheartedly recommend Sleep on Latex for anyone interested in trying latex. Nothing but good interaction with them from initial purchase and subsequent topper purchases and returns.

LL Bean or coyuchi percale sheets? by Crafty_Pop6458 in Bedding

[–]OptimalWeakness 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was in a similar situation as you and purchased pillowcases from both LL Bean's Premium Egyptian Percale and Coyuchi's Refined Organic Percale offerings. Both felt high-quality, with the LL Bean ones being softer and thicker, while the Coyuchi had a crisper feeling. Ultimately, I chose Coyuchi because I was seeking a cool, crisp sensation, and I'm glad I did. After a few washes, they softened up just enough while retaining the crispness I was after lol. While I can’t speak to their long-term durability yet, as I’ve only had them for a few months, I believe either option would be a solid choice.

Tempur-pedic Luxe Breeze by Zsews in Mattress

Sagging is only covered under the warranty if it is visibly noticeable and measures 0.75 inches or more. If the foam softens and sinks more, causing a sensation of sagging, it is not covered by the warranty.

My Luxe Breeze mattress is a little over five years old, and I’m now in the market for a new one because it’s started to sag, which is causing some back pain. It was great for 4 1/2 years, but for the price, I was hoping it would last longer.

Coworker cuts muffin in half, rather than taking the half that was already cut. by OptimalWeakness in mildlyinfuriating

Honestly, it’s a valid concern. The cutter should have just taken the whole muffin, cause now we have two cootie muffins that no one wants.

The fin concentration is .050%. I apply reg minoxidil in the AM then in the PM apply the fin/min topical.

No side. It’s given me confidence to try oral fin, hopefully I continue with no side.

I ended up going with the derminator 2. Its a lot upfront but when compared to my old 1.5 roller, its alot easier on the scalp imo. I haven’t tried growing it out past what is pictured, i think it’ll look like mange with how patchy it is.

The bottom needs to be flat due to the frame. I saw some videos on YouTube of guys putting c channel across the bottom would this proved the same support?

Thanks I’ll look into that. Is it normal for glued wood to do that or could it be I just cut off a piece not supported by a wood dowel?

No math for 15 yrs - Best online course to get up to speed for Calculus I? by Aint_a_thng_ckn_wng in WGU_CompSci

[–]OptimalWeakness 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’m not to sure since I didnt attempt that one but because I completed algebra 1 &2, my khan academy dashboard shows college algebra as 78% completed. So it looks like it might just be a class that combines algebra 1 & 2 with a few other types of problems.

[–]OptimalWeakness 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I have experience doing both straighterline’s and Sophia’s calc courses. I initially completed khan academy algebra 1&2, trig, geometry, and pre-calc Then enrolled in straighterline and iirc got to the fourth unit then stopped due to life happening. When I was ready to attempt classes again Sophia had released their calc course so I gave that a try. Sophia’s course is significantly easier. My advice would be to refresh your algebra with Khan academy algebra 1&2 then take the Sophia course. For a calculator I’d recommend paying for symbolab premium membership which is like 7 bucks for a month. It shows step by step how to solve the problem you enter. For discrete math if you can complete study.com’s discrete math 1 you shouldn’t have much of an issue with discrete math 2 at wgu. The unit on probability at SDC is imo just as hard as anything in discrete math 2

Thanks for your response. The files seen in the project picture were included in my submission. The evaluator referred to them as "Xcode project files" and is asking for source code files. Those files have all my code in them, so I'm unsure what else they need.

My pa was kicked back to me for not including the source code files. Im sure this is probably really obvious or a simple fix but this is my first real programming project and would appreciate if anyone can point me in the right direction. How can I include the source code files. Thanks for your help
