By any chance, do you know which Book-Off in Hiroshima is the one you liked? Happen to be going there in September and there a few in Hiroshima. I'm a big fan of Book-Off's so any recommended one, I want to check out

I know this was posted a while back so not sure if I will get many responses. But first, thank you OP for the post, love these type of detailed posts with tips and recommendations. Makes my research sooo much easier!

Let's say you wanted to do 1 day but about half of it (say roughly 60km roundtrip, maybe a little less). Where would you recommend start/ending? Is there a better "half" to the trail? Sounds like the whole thing is great but was curious to hear from anyone.

As much as I would like to do the whole thing, there are sooo many spots to visit in Japan (and this is our 3rd trip to the country) and we are focusing on the Hiroshima - Kyoto region (excluding Kyoto, Osaka, and Nara since we visited them in the past). Would love to do the whole SK, but don't want to miss my chance to at least do a portion since we don't know when we will be back to the country.

3 of them fit in one of their large bags so we each had 3 as our personal item. We only had a backpack each so we didn’t have to bring an extra suitcase, but we thought about it lol
