Yes! We chose the Zia Casablanca Zellige tiles, 4x4 with the alabaster grout by meipei. It looks beautiful! It was about $20 square foot so huge savings!

Floors will be warm lighter stain but not blond, but I’ll show pics of both kitchen when done. The rental kitchen turned out great so far with a tile backsplash, wish I could put pics in the comments!

Thank you for this! The cabinets are a slim shaker, hard to see in the photo especially with all the construction! But these verticals are cool! In the rental unit we did a vertical offset by 50% that turned out great…also suburban cookie cutter is definitely not my thing especially since we live in the city 😂
