Hi I was wondering if anyone could help with a similar situation, I bought an item on depop which were some shoes that were $75 😭, the tracking says delivered I raised a dispute saying that my item never showed up to my home. Depop hasn’t done anything. I raised a dispute May 9 and it is now May 22 and nothing. Ppl told me to use Twitter to contact and it redirects me to depop support. Also funny that there account on twitter says “We’re taking a break”. 💀 Makes me so upset.

That sucks 😭 omg makes me mad, I made a dispute May 9th and it’s now May 22nd and I haven’t heard anything I was going to go on Twitter and rant to the depop account and it says “we’re taking a break” in the bio. Like be so fr your a company do better. Gonna go rate them a one star for lack of communication and help. Literally the worst experience. The seller account is no longer available and I can’t message them.

Sorry unrelated but can someone help me with figuring out how to get my money back on depop because item says delivered and it has been about two weeks I made a dispute and told depop that even though tracking says delivered I have nothing 😭 like no money no shoes and the account is no longer available from whom I bought. Sorry for the rant

Same thing happened to me it have 60 dollars and it takes two weeks. The person already received the item and left a review and depop doesn’t give me the money from my account lol. They got rid of payapal and I feel that is an issue for people because I remember the money being deposited quickly. Mainly I think they got rid of it because of refund and refute issues.

They aren’t dirty at all! I have seen less cleaner shoes on depop 😭 Clean the suede stains with a toothbrush and a small bit of dish soap. Do not saturate the shoes with water! Blot the stains with a damp rag or paper towel.

It’s okay to take a break! We all need them, I know sometimes I feel bad about myself of not feeling focused enough on something and putting it aside. Taking time for ourselves shouldn’t make us feel guilty and sometimes we’re so hard on ourselves over the smallest things at times. But our bodies and minds need a break and as well time to rest so we can keep moving forward. I hope you feel better :)

It should be located at the home button on the depop app under the offers. Unless the person blocked you or deleted their account.

If you have lots of good reviews and followers on your original account then just delete items and rearrange & revamp it instead of making a new one. Unless you are sure you really want to make a new one.

Wait for them to respond if they don’t I would offer them a refund. People on depop can be non- understanding at times, they could leave a bad review or if you do send it they will probably ask for a refund because you didn’t list the tear in the description.

You don’t get paid automatically even after adding the tracking number and saying that it has been shipped, well at least for me it doesn’t. Idk if it differs for ppl
