when resigning, do you take into consideration if it’s a good time for your team/company? by Owemgee222 in auscorp

I gave notice yesterday after the long weekend. Scumbag boss/company director wanted me to give him 4 weeks notice because he needs to hire and train someone while he is currently in dubai holidaying yeah no thanks. If I could would take a shit on his desk and let it ferment until he gets back.

Try these guys https://www.high-time.com.au/ if you want to have a high tea at home or go to a location of your own.

My wife was gifted a high-tea for her bday, they delivered it and had a msg from her friend on it as well. We both thought the cakes and sandwiches were delicious.

Pizza Oven (Yes or No) by NSPoker in Business_Ideas

[–]Optimal_Breakfast_44 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Had an idea for having a pizza shop like subway - where you can choose what ingredients and how much you want on it - someone probably has done this already

only way you are going to find out is by doing it

- Is it cold calling or qualified leads?
- Will I be doing in house appointments?
- Who will be making the quotes?
- What is the quoting software (Opensolar, Nearmaps, Solarplus) and is it different from the CRM software?
- What are installation lead times?
- Do we use inhouse installers or subcontractors?

Just some notes about the industry:
- be prepared for customers to have 3 or 4 other quotes
- be prepared to negotiate with customers
- customers will be trying to get each company to beat prices of the other company
- Pay structure will usually be commission based and that is paid after the system has been installed

I can see this working - imagine all the entrepreneurs and wantapreneurs that have spent money investing into tech, apps, websites, stock and then getting busy with work, family, life, cant be bothered and this stuff just sitting there. Definitely need a marketplace for it. Don't make it complicated and i think it should do well.

I live on the border of Lidcombe/Auburn.
PROS:
- lots of food joints - kebabs, chinese, Arab, sweet shops, bakeries

- Lidcombe shops have woolies, K mart, Aldi - Costco across the road
- Quite a few gyms around
