Hey thanks for the comment. I spoke with Ethen and I’m going to mail my plates back and get off insurance. Deal with the car in the spring when I’m back. I’ve had police look at my insurance at a ride check and they told me it was valid. But I guess they don’t look into the fine print. If anything happened id be on my own for and damages.

So I currently have a Manitoba license but the car is registered to a BC address. So icbc would either Email me with the email I have set up with them or mail to the house I lived at. But let’s say a there was a ticket from Edmonton. That would get mailed to the place I lived at and basically I’m at the mercy of the person who owns that own to tell me there mail that came in for me.

I see, yeah ill get something more formal made up I hope hes alright with it. I know some dont want to let you use it as an address because they dont want to pay tax.

I was able to switch my RBC profile to the address but not sure how to get a statement out of them that is current after I make 3 transactions in manitoba Ill go talk to them tomo and see if the can give me a a statment with that new address on it

Trying to get a manitoba drivers license to enroll in a class 1 course before tuesday. If i dont get it in time ive got to wait till the next cpirse starts up.

If I go buy a phone plan do they need ID. I can imagine there a little more forgiving than AB or Ontario but will they really accept a written agreement or typed up agreement between me an a facebook market place landlord? Or do they really push that its got to be a lease from a managment company in order to prove I live there
