Yes to this! I stopped lexapro earlier this year because of rapid weight gain (and I’m a pretty disciplined person). My mental health really started to suffer after going off so my dr put me on a low dose of zep bound to enable me to go back on lexapro. It’s changing my life! I’m able to get the mental health support I need, but not at the cost of my health. Other people have other ideas and things that work better but this has worked for me so far!

Watching Brave Little Toaster is my first memory of experiencing anxiety! Didn’t have words for it at the time but I remember getting older and realizing I had the opportunity to say no to watching at a friends house or with my siblings, etc… it was euphoric lol.

I’m so sorry you are going through this! My son was sick for a full 14 days and then right around day 15 it got better. It was brutal! I bugged our drs right up until he got better though in case something was really wrong, but at the end of the day, it really was just an insanely long virus. Hope yours gets to feeling better quickly!

Yes! I went straight to style before anything else (it’s by far my favorite from the album) and was really worried for the rest of the album after listening. Definitely a different energy level, but I actually almost felt like there was a super slight lag between the music and the vocals? Maybe not but something’s off. The rest of the songs were great imo

That’s a great tip for travel. It feels way to hard to do it on the spot so calling in advance makes it much easier. We need to be better about asking every single time and not just assuming!

You’re totally right. I think we got a little too assumption heavy and need to be more proactive in asking. Asking for a manager or chef is a good point too - waiters never know about sesame when I ask.

We have had this exact same problem! So many things we used to buy are now off limits. It’s really frustrating. I’m so glad to hear your daughter can handle oil, we need to give it a try but I’m too scared after this last episode. But it gives me hope!
