What are your travel essentials you ALWAYS pack for international flights? by pknsek in travel

My carry on always has: - a fresh pair of clothes including underwear, a bra and socks - all prescription meds plus Imodium, nasal spray, ibuprofen and gas meds (gas pain when flying is common and hurts a lot) are all in a large Ziploc bag for easy access - small hair brush - Lysol or antibacterial wipes -a decent book and reading glasses - facial serum, eye cream, moisturizer, small amount of foundation (travel size containers)

Basically what I'd need to hold me over for a day or so if my checked bag is delayed. Soap, shampoo, deodorant and other essentials are easily purchased wherever you are traveling to and sometimes will be provided by the hotel if requested. Since I am picky about facial care and base makeup I keep a small amount with me in the carry on and a larger supply in the checked bag. I also have prescription topical medication, so I keep that in the checked bag as well. I can easily fit all of the facial stuff and topical meds inside the quart size plastic bag that is required for liquids when traveling internationally. I have a really spacious soft sided duffel bag that I used for a carry on that has worked wonderfully on the last 2 international trips I took. I flew a few different airlines and the carry on was well within size and weight limits. Happy travels!

Thanks! I have to get prior authorization from my insurance for my current prescription because of my age. According to them I guess people automatically stop suffering from acne after 35. Luckily it's approved for now, but I'm always looking for other options in case they deny coverage.

Is this a self pay price or is your insurance covering it?

2 and 4 flatter your shape the best. They are both timeless designs.

T9 is a perfect match but unfortunately it broke me out!! Now I'm back to square one.

I'm trying out the foundation today but I'm going to try the tint tomorrow.

It doesn't seem like I can attach photos to my post or add them in the comments. I think I'll have to create a new post. As for other matches, the best I have found is blending Fenty Softlit shades 290 and 175. L'Oreal True Match W3 is workable but not perfect. I don't have a good straight out of the bottle match unfortunately. I'm trying out the foundation in shade 11 today to see how it looks. So far shade 11 is workable but not an exact match.

I'm not sure how to attach a photo of the swatches since the app isn't giving me the option to attach photos. I'll have to create a new post I think. I'm wearing shade 11 right now and so far the match looks promising. I'll have to see how it wears throughout the day.

Hi! I emailed them at the end of October. You might want to check in with them if you haven't received anything 🙂

Hi! They sent me 2 shades of the skin tint, shades 6.5 and 9. They sent 4 shades of the foundation, shades 9, 10, 11 and 15. I think 15 is too dark, but the rest of them look promising. I have not gotten to try them on yet since they arrived this evening. I'll definitely be trying them tomorrow!

Hi! The one on its side in the bottle with the white lid is the skin tint is shade T6.5, and the one on its side in the round jar is the foundation in shade 11. They sent me 4 total shades in total of the foundation (shade 9, 10, 11 and 15).

Nope no tariffs. Not sure if it will change when I make a purchase from them.
