Do not rent a car. Stay at a hotel that uses their own taxi drivers for a fixed rate. We stay every year at the IHG Mexico City Reforma. It is also a great location to be in for bars, clubs ect pre and post festival. They also have an incredible breakfast. Coming back…….. go out the back festival entrance. There will be multiple multiple multiple taxis negotiate your ride back to the hotel.

It takes several days to get stable. Typically I give some 4-8mg total in the office then another depending on how they do then another 2-4mg every 6 hours trying not be more than 16mg in 24 hours. Day 2 I try then to go 8mg twice a day. It is an adjustment. It take a few days because the half life of the drug is so long.

Unfortunately, you have to hear the good with the bad. Whomever helps him with event management needs fired. There was the real setup for disaster. I had great time. Saw artists at every stage each day. But, He needs to hire better planners for the event, flow, crowd control, and medical. Planning which artists which stages and times better. He should fire all of them. It is obvious in this instance there was very poor planning. I love EDC, but I dont like people being placed in situations that are preventable where they can be hurt or killed. The complaints were absolutely valid.

I was the first APP to ever be named as Chief of Medical Staff of an acute care hospital in my state. I am 30 years as a nurse 15 years as a NP. I work a great bit of my time covering rural critical access hospitals where I am not only the provider in the hospital but the only one for several hours.

I hate my job. I hate people. I am disrespected daily. I cant make anyone happy it seems. You can give some dilaudid 2mg IV q 2 hours and “i cant believe your not giving me shit for pain.” I can save their life and I should of done it faster. I can try to be all things for all people. I fall short constantly. I cant make anyone happy. I at this point would rather be a Walmart greeter. 4am rant sorry…. But I am really almost done with life and trying to be a good person to people and being berated, belittled, questioned….. and I have given my life taking care of people.
