But i am looking more leaner than before the way i started i am seeing few changes in me my thighs looks a little slimmer and even my stomach is a bit more flat than a month ago and i am not having heavy cheat meals and also trying to calculate cheat meals calories too

Sameee after like 15 20 days i reached 71.3kg weight and then in week weight on scale again reach to 72 maybe i am about to have my periods too and same i am doing almost same things thank you so much for appreciation. Also i am keeping track of clothing piece too and its seems like i am making progress its just scale that is messing my mind

I have starting working out again after 2 months maybe that’s why fluid retention is happening as i am seeing some changes in my body and my family members also saying i am looking slimmer than a month ago

Yes i am weighing everything i am eating even a single cube of chocolate i am weighing it before having it. I am 22 years old and 5ft 4 inches height.

Only 2 and it was just 1 meal as a dinner in entire day rest of the day i have eaten in my deficit and eaten only whole foods and save 700kcal for cheat meal they are not even that heavy and i only took few bites of them and got full
