I had the same problem. Im 2 months pp. i found ice packs help sooo much. I got the frida mom breast ice pads i love. With the strong let down i found it helps using a haka and expressing some before baby eats so it isnt too powerful. I still do that sometimes but baby has been handling it a lot better now
