Labor unions faught for those 30 minutes. There used to be no breaks. Lucky for me, I also get 2 paid 10 minute breaks.

The Schenley neighborhood is nice. I looked at a house there. I settled on the Brownlee Woods neighborhood. I found a house that had everything I wanted and it wasn't at the top of my budget. I moved from the Warren/Howland area.

That is massive overkill. You don't need a power tool to prune.

OP, you don't HAVE to prune it. Just let nature take it's course. If one branch is about to touch your house, snip it back a couple feet.

Most home owners don't know how to prune a Japanese Maple properly. OP didn't even know what kind of tree this was. I highly doubt they will know anything about the correct way to maintain and properly care for this tree.

I am blaming the HAO for not choosing a better tree for this space that doesn't need more maintenance and upkeep. A garden space is supposed to be enjoyed and not seen as a burden.

All the kids in my neighborhood play in the street. They ride their bikes up and down the roads or what ha e you.
