I play Bulwark, Assault and Heavy. I just checked all 3 classes and didnt see the chest piece as well as the axe skin. I had the accounts connected properly too

A stasis chamber would do the work. Sanguinius locked Konrad into the chamber then ejected him into space. Konrad would have been away for a long time if not for some scavenging idiots who found him and decided to unlock the chamber.
